You have the right to love your job!

Once again Simon Sinek is nailing it when it comes to leadership and developing company culture.

“Working hard for something you don’t care about is called stress

Working hard for something we love is called passion!”

(function($) {$(“head”).append(“#video-player-6072ace981676-3413 .decoration-mask, #video-player-6072ace981676-3413 .dfd-video-button {border-radius: 33px;}#video-player-6072ace981676-3413 .decoration-mask {border-style: solid;border-width: 1px;border-radius: 33px;}#video-player-6072ace981676-3413 .button-wrap:hover .decoration-mask, #video-player-6072ace981676-3413 .button-wrap:hover .dfd-video-button .decoration-icon {border-radius: 33px;}#video-player-6072ace981676-3413 .button-wrap:hover .decoration-mask {border-style: solid;border-width: 1px;border-radius: 33px;}#video-player-6072ace981676-3413 .decoration-icon {border-style: none;} .container-play:hover .decoration-icon, .button-wrap:hover .decoration-icon {border-style: none;}”);})(jQuery);

How true is this!

Engagement doesn’t come from free smoothies and a pool table; it comes from creating a place where people feel safe and respected.

Our core belief is that the pursuit of ambitious business goals and treating your people with courtesy and respect are not mutually exclusive to each other.  In fact, they are both key to commercial success.

There is nothing wrong with making money, however you don’t need to be a tyrant to do it.  If you hire good people and look after them, then it makes sense that their performance levels will outshine those that are stressed and constantly worried about their job etc

As we always say, “People drive profit” and so not only will it keep your people happy, but your shareholders too!
